3/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
2 TBSP of honey
3 TBSP of milk
1 TBSP of oil
2 TBSP baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla
Preheat oven for 350. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
Melt chocolate. Process quinoa with a hand-blender, completely pulverize the stuff. In a medium bowl add all the ingredients together and fold until well mixed. Pour into the pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes. Take out of oven and cool. If you want them a little sweeter, add some chocolate icing (mine is simple – icing sugar, tsp of butter, vanilla, and a little milk).
